Included / Internal Use
Best for: Staff tees, classroom shirts, family gifts, internal events
What you can do: Print your design on items used within your school or community
Unit limit: Not for public sale
Fee: Included with design fee
Small-Batch Commercial License
Best for: Small fundraisers, small merch drops, limited online sales
What you can do: Sell items featuring your design on a small scale (online or in person)
Unit limit: Up to 200 units
Fee: $150
Standard Commercial License
Best for: Larger fundraisers, school-wide campaigns, multi-product launches
What you can do: Sell items publicly across multiple product types
Unit limit: Up to 1,000 units
Fee: $350
Extended Commercial License
Best for: Ongoing sales, large communities, repeat production
What you can do: Sell unlimited quantities over an unlimited time
Unit limit: Unlimited
Fee: $750+
Exclusive Ownership Transfer
Best for: Organizations wanting full rights to own, modify, and resell the design
What you can do: Full copyright transfer; you fully own the design

Which license do I need?
If you're selling items inside your school community, the included internal-use rights are usually enough.
If you're selling online, publicly, or expect a larger volume, choose a Small-Batch or Standard license.
If you want full control and long-term use, go for Extended or Exclusive.
