Each item is made to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep our process sustainable. Most items ship within a few business days, though seasonal delays can happen.

How should I care for my merch?
Treat it like art. Wash inside out, on cold, with gentle detergent. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on designs. This helps keep prints looking fresh and vibrant.

What if something arrives damaged or flawed?
Reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it—no questions asked.

Can I return or exchange items?
Because everything’s printed to order, we don’t offer exchanges for size or preference—but we’ll absolutely make things right if there’s a printing or quality issue.
